About Us
A spiritual man, marine, husband of 25+ years, father of 4, grandfather of ten.
As a kid I would always stand back and watch my mother cook dinner. I was very interested in how she made the food taste so good. Soon she took notice of my interest and began to allow me in the kitchen to learn how to cook. She always said, "I want you to be able to cook for yourself and not have to depend on a woman or anybody else to do it for you".
I listened and learned, after a few horrible dishes, I soon started cooking for football games and picnics and having friends over “just” to eat. I enjoyed the silence of smacking and the licking of fingers, then watching people fall asleep once they were done eating.
The look of good food on people’s faces was and is fascinating to me.
